      !Marr:Very probably on 8 Apr 1815-(date in 1844 Phebe chose to be baptised for her husband,George Palmer. Census 1816 Household #7l-George Palmer Jr.with wife, recorded dates between 4/4/1815 & 3/27/1816 in Municipal Records RG 21 (MS-16, Reel 2 & 3) (Baptism rec 8 Apr 1844-FHLC LDS rec F#183,379-NV & F#l750,704.

      !Buriel:Tombstone at Draper,Utah, reads as wife Phoebe b.l799(should be l797) & death as 1879 (should have read 28 February l879, as Phebe Draper Palmer Brown).

      !Her Family Record,written by her, gave her birth,her husband, George Palmers', and their 7 children's names & birth dates, xerox copy in possession of Lois P. Allen; also can be seen on page l0c in the Book titled "The Descendants of George Palmer & Phebe Draper",S.P.Collinwood,929.273 Pl82c,1963.2/1998,by 2/98 Supplement with new records of the Drapers & Palmers in Cramahe, listed as 929.273 Pl82c-Suppl.& contain only that Index,rather than Drapers & Palmers.

      !Her husb.George,by whom she had 7 children,was dismissed from Military April
      2,1815,was stationed at Cramahe, his home town from Feb & Mar 1815,Northumberld County,Newcastle District,Province of Upper Canada,& they married soon prob.by Baptist Preacher, Reuben Crandall,who didnt read or write,but the clerks did.  FHL Film #897919 p.39 & Film #803,3490, Haldimand & Cramahe Baptist Church shows both of their parents were members of that Baptist Church.

      !Phebe was taken into Canada bef Feb 1807 when her parents, she, Charles (not
      her brother,but a cousin,son of Thomas Jr.Draper,her 3 sisters Mary, Lucretia, & Fanny went to visit grandmother,Lydia Rogers Draper,before she d. early l807, Thomas & Lydia Draper went to Cramahe l804, bought land and lived there until their deaths & Lydia was in Richmond Twp,Lennox & Addington, Midland District for her illness,better emenities,where she died there between Feb & Apr 1807. Phebe's family was there until her brother Wm Jr was born,1808, they moved to Cramahe Township, where her George Palmer's family lived,& where they married in 1815. Their Lovina & Asahel were born there; 1821 they moved to Haldimand Twp Northumberland County where 3 children said they were born. 3rd move 75 mile E.to Loughborough Township, Frontenac County, Midland District, Upper Canada, where son Zemira was born Aug 1831,and Phebe's husband, GEORGE PALMER, died there in Dec.1833 before Phebe gave birth to her last child, Rhoda, on 15 Mar l833, and probably where their Eliza died 1832. Phebe joined LDS Church 17 Feb l833. Other members of her family joined the LDS Church also, & they all moved to Kirtland, Geagua, Ohio, where Phebe on 28 Mar l836, received her Patriarchal Blessing. Nauvoo 1839-1840 Phebe(P.D.Palmer) & her married son as ASEL & wife Evaline Carter as PARMER on LDS 289.309/P697e,NV 1839-1842;also seen 6/98 in Fiche #6031,596,Vol 33 by Susan Black. 1840 Census of Pike County,Il. Phebe
      Parmer. Son Wm G.md 2/1842 Susan Draper,cousin, she died soon, no child; Phebe md 8/1842 Ebenezer Brown, both at Pleasantville,Pike,IL.performed by her bro. Wm Draper Jr.License & Certificate xerox obtained 1964 for both. Wm G.goes to Sycamore,DeKalb Co.,IL.with his brother Asel & Evaline Parmer.Asahel,Evaline's Jared Carter's family remain in DeKalb County,she has 10 children; Next found Phebe's daus Lydia, Rhoda as Browns, & dau Lovina Munroe & husband 2/1845 at Bear Creek branch south of Nauvoo(Van Leuven Bk 929.273/V234v,p.l02-104).24 Dec 1845 Phebe has her endowment at NV Temple,is not sealed to Brown that day.Next
      Lovina Munro at Bigler Branch, Lydia md Anthony Bruno they live at Hamburg,
      Freemont,Iowa; Phebe's b-i-l-Isaac Palmer was in Harrison Co.IA.& he with wife
      Ann Hodgkingson Wamsley Palmer takes Rhoda to SLC while Phebe & Zemira are on
      the Mormon Battalion March 7/1846-1847,US Military force in War with Mexico.
      Zemira panned gold then went to SLC with other young men,Phebe & Ebenezer came
      remained to serve another trm tolate 1848 or early 1849;Phebe age 53 in Iron,
      Co,Utah 5/12/1851 p.l3l at Gt Salt Lake; By 1852 at Willow Creek,Draperville,
      Draper last in Salt Lake County, Utah.

      !Other Marr:28 Aug 1842, nine years after lst husband George Palmer had d.Dec.
      1833.Record gave sealed to Brown 24 Jun 1852 POFFI & 22 Apr 1856 End.House,but
      the important date is l Oct 1924 SL, when she was sealed to George Palmer and
      heir seven children were sealed to them.

      !Brown was appointed Postmaster, but Phebe was the postmistress in their new
      adobe home at 12661 S.1000 E.or Fort Street then. She said her piece at town
      meeting when needed. A remarkable Christian woman, visited the sick, helped the
      needy and took clothing and vittles to those who had lost their homes in fire,
      storm or whatever cause, and Ebenezer would help rebuild the home when weather
      set in. The homeless would find a temporary home with the Browns. Phebe walked
      many blocks to help others when she heard of their need and visited the widows
      and their children to be assured their wants were cared for,although the rough
      pioneer exterior showed outwardly, her heart was warm and loving within. [7]
